AWAKENING VINYASA

Iryna is a warm and vibrant soul, originally from Ukraine. Her journey has taken her through France, the Czech Republic, and Canada before finding her home here in Sweden. With a deep passion for yoga, Iryna’s classes are a blend of ease, simplicity, and mindful movement with a challenging twist. She skillfully guides students into each pose, creating a safe and accessible practice for all.

By the end of her classes, she hopes to leave you feeling open, graceful, and refreshed—with maybe a touch of muscle soreness as proof that you’ve worked your entire body!
