This class combines breathing exercises, gentle flows, and meditation to relax both body and mind, fostering stillness and presence. Drawing on elements from Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and various meditation techniques. The second half of the class is dedicated to deep relaxation, where you'll lie down and be guided by the sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments. The vibrations and soundwaves help release blockages, promoting profound physical and mental relaxation.

OUR STUDIO POLICY

We kindly ask you to follow our studio rules and guidelines to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant experience during class. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we truly value your feedback!

BRING YOUR OWN MAT

We encourage you to bring your own mat. If you don’t have one, you can purchase or rent one at the studio for 15 SEK via SWISH. A mat is required for most classes, except Inside Flow and Mad Fit.

ARRIVE ON TIME

To fully enjoy your class, please arrive about 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Arriving late can be disruptive, so we ask that you make every effort to be on time.

SILENCE YOUR PHONE

To maintain a peaceful environment, please turn off your phone or leave it at home unless it’s absolutely necessary for emergencies.

COMMUNICATE WITH US

Let your teacher know if you have any conditions that might require modifications (e.g., high blood pressure, recent surgery, injuries, pregnancy). If you prefer not to be adjusted by the teacher, please inform them in advance.

CLEANING AFTER PRACTICE

We provide equipment to clean your mat and space. Please use these after each class to help us maintain a clean environment.

LEAVING EARLY

If you need to leave before class ends, please let your teacher know ahead of time and pack up quietly to minimize disruption.
